PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING POLICY
This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter the "Policy") describes how Dmitry Andreevich Turkevich collects, uses, and protects anonymized browser data and users' personal data when using the website https://turkevich.pro (hereinafter the "Website"). By remaining on the Website, the user expresses their consent to this Policy.
1. General Provisions
1.1. It does not cover third-party websites to which the user may be redirected via hyperlinks contained on the Website.
1.2. D.A. Turkevich is not responsible for the content, terms of use, or data processing procedures on third-party websites (resources).
1.3. Use of the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions of this Policy. In the event of full or partial disagreement with the terms of the Policy, the user must refrain from further use of the Website.
2. Data Collected
2.1. D.A. Turkevich may collect the following browser data in anonymized form while preserving user anonymity via cookies on the Website or for the purpose of properly providing advertising services to clients through interaction with the client's website:

3.1. The anonymized data specified in Section 2 of the Policy, collected through cookies and similar tools, are used by D.A. Turkevich to ensure the relevance of displayed advertisements.

3.3. D.A. Turkevich has the right to provide third parties (clients), upon appropriate request, with aggregated statistical information on advertisement displays in users' browsers, which does not contain personal data and does not directly or indirectly identify the user.
4. Personal Data
4.1. D.A. Turkevich does not automatically collect users' personal data when they visit the Website, except in cases where the user voluntarily provides such personal data by completing a relevant form on the Website for the purpose of feedback.
4.2. D.A. Turkevich is not responsible for the use by third parties (clients of D.A. Turkevich) of personal data from their own databases for the purpose of targeting their advertising campaigns. In such cases, the data are used in accordance with the privacy policy of the respective third party.
4.3. D.A. Turkevich does not collect, store, or otherwise process the data specified in clauses 4.1 and 4.2 of this Policy.
4.4. D.A. Turkevich may process personal data voluntarily provided by the user, namely:
- First and last name; Email address;
- Position;
- Company name and company details;
- Telephone number.
4.5. D.A. Turkevich uses the data specified in clause 4.4 of the Policy to respond to user inquiries submitted via the relevant contact form for feedback.
4.6. In the event that the user orders services from D.A. Turkevich, the latter uses the data specified in clause 4.4 of the Policy for the purpose of processing the user's account. Additional information, such as supplementary contact details and billing information, may also be requested. Such data are used for operating and improving the Website and service quality, including notifying the user of contractual information, fulfilling service requests, and obtaining feedback.
4.7. A user, as a personal data subject, provides their personal data freely, voluntarily, and in their own interest. The user, as a personal data subject, has the right to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data and may request clarification, blocking, or destruction of such data.

4.10. The security of personal data is ensured by implementing legal, organizational, technical, and software measures necessary and sufficient to meet the requirements of federal legislation in the field of personal data protection.
4.11. Personal data provided by the user are stored for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this section of the Policy. Upon expiration of this period, the personal data become inactive and are stored in D.A. Turkevich's archival databases in compressed form for no more than four (4) months.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. Amendments and/or additions may be made to this Policy. The current version of the Policy is published on the Website. 5.2. If the user disagrees with the updated Policy, they must stop using the Website. The updated Policy enters into force on the date of its publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes the user's consent to the updated terms of the Policy.
5.3. User actions indicating use of the Website after publication of the updated version of the Policy constitute acceptance of the Policy. From the moment of such acceptance, it is deemed that the user has agreed to the updated version of the Policy.
